What Are Social Competitions?

The different types of social competitions on Whale — how to enter, where they run, and how to claim prizes.

Whale runs regular competitions across its social channels — X, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, and Whale Chat. Some are weekly, some pop up for special events. Prizes vary, but there's always something up for grabs.

Meme Competitions

How it works:

  1. A theme is announced on the platform.

  2. Create a meme based on that theme.

  3. Include the official Whale watermark on your entry — entries without it don't count.

  4. Post it on the platform where the competition is running.

How winners are picked: Winners are announced on the same platform. You'll be tagged by your username. To claim your prize, reply to the winners' post with your Whale user ID so the team can credit your account.

Trivia on Whale Chat

Where: Whale Chat (on the web)

When: Every Wednesday at 14:00 UTC

How it works:

  1. The team posts general knowledge questions about Whale.

  2. Answer all questions correctly to qualify.

  3. If you get them all right and have an active Battlepass, you're entered into a prize raffle.

Winners: Announced on Whale Chat right after the trivia ends.

Sport Challenges

Sport-themed challenges run regularly in the channel. Formats vary — prediction contests, parlays, match-based challenges, and more. Follow the channel to catch them as they drop.

Discord Giveaways

Giveaways and community challenges run on Discord with different formats and prizes. Join the server and keep notifications on to catch them.

Special & Seasonal Competitions

Beyond the regular schedule, Whale runs one-off competitions tied to events, game launches, holidays, or community milestones. These can appear on any social channel — X, Instagram, Telegram, or Discord. Follow all of them to make sure you don't miss anything.

Where to Find Active Competitions

If there's a live competition, it'll be pinned or announced on the relevant channel. Turn on notifications so you don't miss the start.
