Earn Them

Physical Prize Shipping
Won something tangible? Whale ships worldwide and covers delivery charges. Here's what to know:
Standard delivery: 10–12 weeks from the date you claim.
Battlepass merch: Shipped in a single consolidated package after the season ends.
Tracking: You'll get email notifications once your package is dispatched. Check the Deliveries section for status updates.
Customs duties: Whale covers shipping, but any import fees or customs duties at your end are on you.
Details needed: When claiming, you'll provide your shipping address, clothing size (if applicable), email, and phone number. Double-check everything — undelivered rewards due to incorrect details won't be resent.
