What Is Cashback?
Cashback returns a percentage of your net losses.
Two types: daily and weekly. Both are part of the Rewards system — no purchase required.
Rates increase as you level up. The higher you climb, the more comes back.

Daily Cashback
Based on your previous day's net losses. Credited every day at 7:00 AM UTC.
No negative carryover — every day starts fresh.
Cashback Rates by Level
Daily cashback goes up to 25% for top-tier players. Rates scale with your Rewards level — the higher your level, the higher your cashback percentage.

How It's Calculated
Simple formula:
(Deposits − Withdrawals − Current Balance − Unsettled Bets) × Your Cashback %
It is important to note that cashback is calculated based on deposits made during the period and does not include any previous winnings that were in your balance. Losing winnings from a prior day will not increase your cashback as those winnings are not considered part of the deposit calculation.
Breaking that down:
Deposits — Total funds you added during the period.
Withdrawals — Any money you cashed out.
Current Balance — What's left in your account.
Unsettled Bets — Bets still in play.
Deposits — Only funds added during the specific period are considered. Winnings from previous days or weeks are excluded from this calculation.
Example
You deposit $100, withdraw $20, have $10 left, no unsettled bets, and you're at a level with 5% daily cashback:
($100 − $20 − $10 − $0) × 5% = $3.50 cashback
Every day resets fresh. Yesterday's results don't carry over.
Timing and Periods
Daily cashback:
Covers midnight UTC to midnight UTC.
Claimable at 7:00 AM UTC the following day.Deposit timing matters:
To qualify for daily cashback, deposits must be made after 00:00 UTC and wagered the same day.
Deposits carried over from a previous day won't count for that day's calculation.
If a bet is not settled before 00:00 UTC, it is considered an unsettled bet and will not count towards cashback calculations for that day.
How to Claim
Head to the Rewards page.
Your cashback appears there once it's ready. Tap to claim.
Claim within 24 hours. Unclaimed cashback expires — don't leave money on the table.
Cashback must be wagered one time (1x) before you can withdraw it.
Once claimed, the 1x wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days. Uncompleted wagering after 30 days results in forfeiture of the cashback and any associated winnings.
Not Seeing Your Cashback?
No net loss Cashback only applies when you're down for the period. If you're up, or if you withdrew an amount equal to or greater than your same-day deposit, there's nothing to cash back.
Unsettled bets Open bets at the end of the day reduce your eligible losses. Settle them before the day ends.
Deposit timing If your deposit was made before 00:00 UTC or not wagered the same day, it won't count toward that day's cashback.
Technical issue Rare, but it happens. If you're sure you qualify and it's not showing, contact support. Rest assured, your cashback may still be credited and will become visible once the issue is resolved.
Losing previous winnings Cashback is not affected by losing winnings from a prior day or week. Only deposits made during the specific timeframe are considered.
No deposits If no deposits are made during the timeframe, cashback cannot be calculated, even if you experience losses from previous winnings.
